Hi Beautiful!

Is it difficult to let something go when it has profoundly impacted you? When someone did or said something to me that was hurtful or painful, I would use any opportunity to tell everyone and anyone who would listen. For me and, I'm sure, for the poor souls who were probably sorry they asked how I was!!

That * Was * Exhausting *

Now, after years of practice, I do a pattern interrupt. 

The mastery of being aware of what I was doing and saying, then nipping it in the bud before The Law of Attraction had a chance to grab hold of it and give me more of what I did not want! (Yep, the LOA doesn't give a hoot if what you are saying is positive or negative.)

Let me show you how to do a pattern interrupt and turn it around before it spirals in the wrong direction.

Wow, I can't believe she/he/they said that to me.
I can't get it out of my mind.
I keep replaying that hurtful situation (insert yours).
I keep hearing those words.
I have to get it off my chest.
I'm telling everyone I can what just happened.
Anyone that I talk to today, I am sharing it.
I've told the same story so many times.
It feels exhausting. 
I actually feel drained.
Maybe "getting it off my chest" and onto someone else isn't the best thing.
Perhaps I should try to release it on paper.
That's what I will do.
I'll write it all out and then throw out the paper.
Writing and releasing feels good.
I feel better already.
I feel lighter.
I feel calmer.
I feel ready to move on.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Let it go.
