Hello, My Soulful Friend!
It is my greatest pleasure to bring you the first weekly dose of Joy in your Monday inbox. I hope you find this helpful as you start your week and set your mind toward your dreams with ease, joy & overflow!
Each week I will focus on a topic that often comes up when working with my clients. I will share a thought or statement that you may have said to yourself or out loud, offer a 'JOLT" [Joyfully Overcoming Limited Thinking], and use it as a tool in your week!

Limited thought statement: "I have so much to do, I'll never get it all done!"
Step 1: Acknowledge your feeling
I know sometimes I fall back into telling myself an old story. (substitute any old story you may be telling yourself)
I know it's just an old habit that no longer serves my vision.
I usually get it all done when I relax and take a breath.
Step 2: Start to relax around it and make the switch.
I love that I am more aware and quicker to notice when I have these disempowering thoughts.
I love how I can catch myself and change my thoughts to those I desire.
I love knowing I can complete it and have it in the past.
I love enjoying the fruits of my thoughts and not my labor (remember that adage?)
Step 3: Starting to feel better
I'm feeling much better and lighter around these thoughts now.
I'm getting more relaxed about it.
I am now welcoming ideas to drop in on how this could look.
I'm confident that I don't have to figure it all out!
I'm confident if the idea came to me, then the concept of "how" it will all work will also come to me.
Relaxing and feeling happy knowing it is all working out feels so good.
I love how everything always works out for me!
Step 4: SAY THIS OUT LOUD!
I love Mondays and showing up as a Happy person all day, every day.
I love Mondays!
I love Mondays!
I love Mondays!
If you have "limited thinking" that has been holding you back from your greatness, please reach out and share it with me via email: [email protected]. I will create a custom JOLT and show you how to transform your thoughts into serving you!
Joyfully,
