Hey, Beautiful Soul,
Welcome to your Weekly Dose of JOY!
Reflecting on this year, I'm proud of the imperfect action I have been taking! Until now, I had difficulty making significant decisions without asking everyone for their opinion. I found that when you ask five people their opinion, they give you their opinion based on their past experiences, current mood, or beliefs.
Having the confidence to take time to sit quietly, ask yourself the questions, and then be prepared to receive the answers. Your Inner Being, Universal Intelligence (for me, it's God), is happy to give you your heart's desire. WE just need to be better receivers!!
This week's Julie's Joyful Jolt [JJJ] is to assist in stepping into confidently believing in yourself, taking the first step, and being ok if it wasn't the right one!! Enjoy!

Limited thinking or Self-talk:
"I'm afraid to take action because I don't know if I'll make the right decision."
I don't like feeling that I am incapable of making a decision
I don't like feeling stuck and frozen instead of moving ahead
It doesn't feel good to "need" to have validation from others
I like how it feels when I know, I have made good decisions in the past
I like how it feels knowing that if I do make the wrong decision, it isn't the end of the world
I like knowing I'm not alone when it comes to making decisions
I like knowing that I can sit quietly and the right 'first step' will come to me
I like knowing that all the answers are there waiting for me to ask for them to be revealed
I'm feeling better already after reading this several times
I'm getting ready to take the first step, even if it feels a little scary
I'm ready to start stepping into the confident woman I'm meant to be
I'm ready to start taking action imperfectly, knowing that I will be ok
I'm ready to get out of my own way and make that first move.
I'm ready for this week ahead to be amazing
I'm ready!
I'm ready!
I'm ready!
And that's how it's done!
Feel better already? Would you love some support and accountability to continue on your joyful journey? I'm happy to get on a 30-minute call where I will share some tools I use myself and with my clients, who have had fantastic results.

P.S. If you are new here, I created [JJJ] Julie's Joyful Jolt to calm my nervous system down when anxiety, uncertainty, or fear steps in. "JOLT" stands for Joyfully Overcoming Limited Thinking.
Joyfully,
