There are days when I have it all planned out and it just doesn’t work out
I get frustrated when I’m wanting to have my day go as planned and it doesn’t
I sometimes continue focusing on what isn’t working and get more frustrated
I know this isn’t the best use of my energy
I know I can stop, take a breath or two and start feeling better
I know that when this happens it’s usually the Universe trying to tell me something
Maybe this is a sign to slow down, take some breaks or get clear on my vision
Maybe I should use this time to meditate or journal
Maybe I actually needed this interruption to listen to my intuition more deeply
I see now that this is just what my day called for
I see now that it’s ok to pivot when plans don’t go as intended
I’m now seeing this is a good thing
I now have more time in my day to do more of what I love
I'm feeling much better about this now
I'm feeling more ease and flow in my day
This is JUST what I needed!
