How to be grateful in the midst…

Hello beautiful soul,

Being grateful when the world has such sad and cruel things going on could be difficult for most. The beauty of choice is that we can choose to drum up something we are grateful for no matter what is happening in our lives.

Let's dive right into the reading of our JOLT 

(Joyfully Overcoming Limited Thinking) to feel good NOW.

 Because, after all, this moment is all we truly are guaranteed!

Sometimes, I feel sad
Sometimes, I don't feel like working
Sometimes, I don't feel like acting like I'm happy
Sometimes, I don't feel grateful for what is going on around me
Sometimes, it doesn't feel right to be happy when others are not
Sometimes, I feel like I'm not a good person if I'm happy amid sadness
I do know whatever feeling I'm giving out, I will get more of it back
I do know that my gratefulness is the thing that will shift my day
Finding something to be grateful for or have gratitude for is a master skill
I know I'm getting better and better at this
I know it takes daily practice
I know I can stop, breathe, and find something to be grateful for 
I am grateful for my life
I am grateful for my home
I am grateful for my family
I am grateful for my children
I am grateful for my friends
I am grateful for my health
I am grateful for the sun shining
I am grateful that today is a new day
I am grateful… 
I am grateful…
I am grateful…
