Each year, I choose a word to cultivate and grow with, and I already know that in 2024, I will continue to use Simplify!
I teach this concept of choosing a word as a mindset goal
for my clients to focus on and live with this intention for a year. They have all shared that this simple concept of how to be a receiver of more goodness, flow, ease & joy in their business, and life has allowed them to have an awareness that has fundamentally
helped them to grow!
You know I am also a student of this~ consistently applying what I learn and teach. After all, if you ingest information and not put it into action, it's merely entertainment.

Sometimes, I feel so confused
There is so much information coming at me
Emails, text messages, events, social media, OH MY!
When I get confused, I shut down
When there are too many choices, I shut down
When I feel I might be missing out, I shut down
What is the right next thing to do to make the most significant impact
Who should I ask
Who has the right answers
Breathe

Now, I'll take a step back and close my eyes
What do I know
What gentle nudge do I hear
What is my Inner Guidance System trying to tell me
I know the answers are within me
I need to quiet the outside noises and listen to the whisper
I feel better knowing that I don't have to ask someone for the answer
I feel better already knowing that the answer is already here
I feel better and at ease
I feel better and more calm
I feel better now
I feel better now
I feel JOY now
