Hello beautiful, soulful friend,

When thinking about appreciation vs gratitude, I decided to google it and find out what was available to read on it.

By definition, appreciation involves the recognition, enjoyment, and full sensitive understanding of the value of something. Gratitude is the readiness to show or express appreciation to someone else for what was felt.

This week’s Julie’s Joyful JOLT is adapted from

Dana Wilde’s “RANT” on appreciation.

I know the benefits of feeling appreciation, and I love the feeling of it.

There are so many things in my life to appreciate, which makes it easy for me.

There are so many things in my life to appreciate, and they come to mind with ease.

There are so many things in my life to appreciate. and I know I am blessed.

I love thinking about each area of my life that is going well, and appreciating the goodness of it.

I love thinking about each area of my life that is going well, and allowing the feeling of appreciation to grow.

I love thinking about each area of my life that is going well, and basking in appreciation.

I love allowing the feeling of appreciation to increase and grow and expand inside of me.

It feels so good to fill myself with appreciation.

And to allow the feeling of appreciation to increase and grow and expand inside of me.

I love basking in appreciation and feeling it increase and grow and expand inside of me.

Basking, feeling good, allowing, growing, expanding, increasing, feeling good, basking, and basking in appreciation,

Right  NOW.

Just saying those words feels good, doesn’t it? I hope this brings you a feeling of Joy, peace and ease as you go into your week.

Joyfully,
